Born and raised in Mumbai, Vineet trained at The Oberoi School of Hotel
Management before moving to the UK, where he would change the course of
Indian food history. In 2001, he became the first Indian chef to earn a Michelin
star for his London restaurant Zaika, and again in 2006 for his solo venture
Rasoi*a rare feat that established him as a culinary powerhouse.
His restaurant empire spans continents, with flagship concepts like KAMA by
Vineet in Harrods London and Indego by Vineet in Dubai, all known for their
artistic plating, complex flavor profiles, and luxury dining experiences. His food
