most respected Indian chefs worldwide. He is best known for his Michelinstarred restaurant Junoon in New York City, which earned consistent acclaim
for its innovative yet authentic Indian cuisine.
Vikas rose to prominence as a judge on MasterChef India, where his humility
and refined palate won the hearts of millions. Beyond television, he is the author
of over 30 books*including Utsav, one of the world’s most expensive and
elaborate cookbooks, and Sacred Foods of India, which celebrates India’s
culinary spirituality.
