Padma Shri Mahesh Bhupati  Earlier part of his career he was associated with the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry. Though he has worked with the best of corporate and has earned high respect and accolades. After 9 years of corporate service, he decided to start his own venture called Nibhish Consultancy. 

He decided to achieve this in a structured and professional manner, he did  “Train the Trainer” certification from Dale Carnegie,  Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner from CPP.  Situational Leadership from The Center of Leadership Studies. 

Rishi also takes sessions based on the learnings from Ancient Indian History popularly known as Indian Epics for various corporates, colleges and organisations to maximise their inner spirit potential. He uses stories from Indian epics and puranas and links it to the management models.

Accomplishments

Co-authored a book “Break Your Leadership Chakravyuh” with his wife Mehak Mahajan Nanda.  Inter- Faith speaker at International Level.
