Born and raised in India, Maneet graduated from the Welcomgroup Graduate
School of Hotel Administration and honed her skills at the Culinary Institute of
America. She quickly made a mark on the U.S. culinary scene with leadership
roles in top New York kitchens before launching her flagship restaurant
Chauhan Ale & Masala House in Nashville. Her growing restaurant empire under
Morph Hospitality Group now includes multiple award-winning concepts that
celebrate the bold, colorful, and complex flavors of Indian cuisine.
Maneet is also a James Beard Award of Excellence recipient, a bestselling
