her bold, artistic, and intelligent reinterpretation of Indian cuisine. Her flagship
restaurant Gaa in Bangkok is globally recognized for its inventive tasting menus
that marry Indian roots with contemporary global techniques.
After working in the kitchens of culinary legends like René Redzepi at Noma and
Gaggan Anand, Garima launched Gaa to worldwide applause, earning a Michelin
star just one year after its opening.
