Marriott and The Westin. He later became one of the original judges of

Ajay is also the founder of Zion Hospitality, a culinary consultancy that helps
build successful restaurant brands across India and the Middle East. His TV
shows like Hi Tea, Northern Flavours, and Chopra on a Harley have further
