An alumnus of The Wharton School and BITS Pilani, Ajay began his career in global banking with Citibank and IBM before walking away from corporate success to pursue a larger calling—nation-building at the grassroots level. With HarVa, he has built one of India’s first rural BPOs, along with skill development and microfinance initiatives that empower local communities through sustainable entrepreneurship.

Ajay is also the author of Lost Wisdom of The Swastika and The Realm Beyond the Mind, where he blends Eastern spiritual philosophy with contemporary leadership and purpose-driven living.
