With a rare mix of creative and analytical skills, she drives financial impact in the digital world. Swan has led digital transformation for global brands like Nike, Revlon, and Estée Lauder. At Nike, she oversaw the Emmy-winning “Dream Crazy” campaign and managed a $2B NA e-commerce business. She expanded Esteé Lauder’s digital footprint to 400+ sites in 50 countries and drove double-digit growth by partnering with unexpected influencers like Chelsea Handler and Iris Apfel.

She’s currently an Independent Board Director at Edgewell (NYSE: EPC) and Novabay (NYSE: NBY), Operating Partner at AF Ventures, and VP of Marketing at Ani Energy. Previously, Swan was a management consultant at Bain, owned an ad agency, and was a product manager at Newell. She holds a BA in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia.
