Bhawana Chauhan is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, and former Indian Air Force officer known for her expertise in leadership development, communication, and personal growth. After retiring as a Squadron Leader, Bhawana transitioned into leadership coaching and professional training. Bhawana is the founder of True Steps Consulting, a training and consulting initiative focused on leadership development, communication skills, and executive presence.
