Devdutt Pattanaik primarily writes on the relevance of mythology in modern times, especially in management, governance and leadership.

Trained in medicine, Devdutt Pattanaik worked for 15 years in the healthcare and pharma industries before turning his focus entirely on his true passion. He has worked as a consultant at EY. He was also the Chief Belief Officer of Future Group, one of India’s largest retailers. He was also a speaker at the first TED conference in India held in November 2009.

Devdutt has done TV shows which include ‘Business Sutra’ on CNBC-TV18, ‘Devlok’ on Epic TV and ‘Daan Sthapana’ on SonyLiv. He also hosted ‘The Devdutt Pattanaik Show’ on Radio Mirchi. He has also contributed and been a part of several podcasts.
